Instructions: Colour design of mails in IBM Notes:

First of all, the e-mails in the inbox can be color coded. The dialog File/Preferences is opened for this purpose. The “Mail” area is selected there. Here you can define individual colors for each sender and then confirm with OK:

Finally, you will receive a message like this: “In order to see the changes, the mailbox must be closed once and opened again”.

After that, your IBM Notes mailbox will look exactly the same as the one you customized according to your taste:
